Noticeboard

 Out of Hours
Outside normal surgery hours, e.g. evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays, medical care is provided by North Wales Out Of Hours Service (0300 123 5566), the recognised out-of-hours service commissioned by Betsi Cadwalader University Health Board

Home Visits
Our doctors typically see four patients in the practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit.  For this reason, we ask our patients who are mobile to come to the practice, if at all possible. Request for visits to housebound patients should be made before 11:00am.  Visits will be carried out at the discretion of the doctors.

Patient Registration
If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us, please either complete the on-line form attached or visit us at the surgery to complete a registration form that is available from reception. On the form, you will be able to say which practitioner you would prefer to see. However, you will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP.

Consultations

calendarThere are consultations “by Appointment” both mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday.

The practice also offers a daily 'Open Surgery' when you may attend without an appointment during the following times:

Monday9:30 – 11:00am
Tuesday10:15 – 11:00am
Wednesday10:15 – 11:00am
Thursday10:15 – 11:00am
Friday10:15 – 11:00am
WeekendNo surgery

Please do not arrive for Open Surgery more than 15 minutes before these times or if you wish you may ring on the morning to be booked in for open surgery but please note these times are approximate.

Appointments are for 10 minutes and for one person only. If you require a longer appointment time, please advise the reception staff when you book your appointment.

We do try to keep to the appointment times but, in the nature of the job, there are some unavoidable delays. We ask you to be patient if this happens. Please note that from time to time, you may not be able to see your chosen GP because he/she may either be on holiday, having just been on call, or undertaking further training. In these instances, our staff will either offer you an appointment with another GP or advise you when best to contact us again to see your chosen GP.
